Professional Social Worker Consultation Package $345/month

Take the stress out of managing your business and feel confident in your clinical choices! If you are seeking clinical consultation related to your geriatric care management practice or social worker consultation for work with older adults, this package is for you! This package provides a 90-minute live Zoom meeting once/month and a 30 min check in phone call once/month. During these sessions, I will provide you with guidance related to your questions about completing your client assessments, care planning for your clients and your clients’ families, resources, tools, time management, clinical challenges, and more questions related to your work in your practice. The package hours do not roll over each month. You are committing to 6 consecutive months at a time. You are able to re-up this package if you wish to. This package is considered clinical social worker consultation and NOT social worker supervision.

If additional consultation time is required for you during a particular month, I am happy to add on time in one-hour chunks at $165/hour.
